Josh Sharkey is the founder and CEO of meez, the recipe tool for professional chefs. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Josh launched the culinary technology company in 2020 to provide chefs the home for all their recipes, menus, and ideas. The interactive database helps users ideate, organise, search, collaborate, share, and ultimately execute their vision.  

Josh has learnt a lot about starting and scaling a startup, which he shares on the show. We also explore the books that have made an big impact on him, the role of AI, the disruption of hospital food – and how cultures are finally changing across kitchens.
