We talked about the current storm in the industry - how to survive and thrive in it. Attitude to employees, Mindfulness and mental health, The way we will have to operate in the years to come and how food can be a catalyst for change.

    I was born into the industry and learned the ropes on the frontline by working in the front of the house and heart the operation in my Mum and Dad's restaurants. Since then I've branched out. Over the years I've had different roles within operations and people - running and managing my own restaurants to being multi-unit operations and people director (+24 units/+250 employees) and working with global brands like McDonald’s for +11 years.
